Interpretation and Definitions

We run the manufacturing of goods on an order basis. We start the manufacturing of goods only when we receive orders from the customers. We ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition & we only ship through reputed courier agencies to deliver your Goods on specified time.
Orders are usually dispatched within 10 - 15 business days of payment of the order. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with the tracking information.
Change of delivery address
In case of a request to change the delivery address, we can change the address anytime before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery time exceeded
We rely on third-party delivery services, sometimes there may be a delay in the delivery. Please contact us if the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time. We investigate and ensure to provide the delivery as soon as possible.
Do you deliver Internationally?
We are based in India and are at present operating only in India. We have plans to expand the business and start delivering Internationally once we establish ourselves in the Indian market. When we scale up our services internationally, we will post that details on this page.
What happens if the order is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which the order would be cancelled.
You can return the Product within 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or a delivery partner you have appointed or on which a third party, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement by visiting the Contact us page on our website. . We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive back the Product(s). We will use the same means of payment that You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If the refund does not happen within the date advised, You may contact us, and we will happily help you.
We only offer a Retuning option for specified goods, kindly check the product description to whether the product falls in the return policy, and also the product(s) delivered must meet the following conditions to be returned.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Good to be eligible for a return please make sure that the Product(s) satisfies the below mandatory conditions:
- The Goods were received in the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- The Product(s) returned have not to be used, washed, or altered
- The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by You.
- The Product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and from the same account and the serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records.
- There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the Product(s) (unless proven vendor defect).
- The Product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
- We should be satisfied that the Product(s) has not been rendered defective or unusable.
We reserve the right to reject the return request for a Product(s) if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
The following Goods cannot be returned
- The supply of Goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized or bought under customization.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise/Goods/Products that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Vlivinbamboo, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Although We intentionally do not deliver the defective Goods from our end, sadly there are times that Goods may damage during transit. Please note that vliveinbamboo is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. We Reserve The Right To Return Goods to the Original Pickup Address if the product is delivered proven vendor defect.

After thorough investigation, if we believe the concern is genuine and meet the Conditions of our Return, we certainly replace the Product within a respective period of time or refund the amount within 14 days after receiving the defective product accordingly.
